**Female Swimming Coach Responsibilities**

Job description on female swimming coach

The duties of a female swimming coach may include:
Assessing the skill level of swimmers to determine their strengths and areas for improvement.

Developing lesson plans and training programs tailored to each swimmer or group of swimmers.

Providing instruction on proper stroke techniques, breathing techniques, and other fundamental aspects of swimming.

Supervising and providing feedback on practice sessions and swim meets.

Monitoring the progress of each swimmer and adjusting the training program as necessary.

Ensuring that the pool and surrounding area are safe and clean.

Communicating with parents or guardians of young swimmers to provide updates on progress and answer any questions or concerns.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 14 per week

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
