Overview:
Main Purpose and Role justification for this L09 category due to the change in the Scope of the Role for building End 2 End Service Intelligence Architecture Solutions in Cloud Platform for PFNA Organization.

Practice Building - Drive the growth of the Service Intelligence Capabilities for Frito-Lay Utilizing a primarily Cloud focused approach for Pepsico Supply Chain Systems with the aim of developing strategic solution offerings and collaborating with Peer Leads. Assemble best practices and other core deliverables to grow solution offerings. Provide technical thought leadership in the data strategy, cloud data warehouse, data science and data engineering spaces.

Business Development - Foster Relationships with business owners and find consensus within large groups of stakeholders with disparate objectives, needs; and expansion of Service Intelligence portfolio. Guide Business development activities by partnering with other peer leaders to grow new and existing client relationships,

Individual Development and Team Player - Lead by example to work in a team of Technical Architects and Data engineers and be a guiding force to create a dynamic service intelligence Data Modeling/Analysis and Warehousing solutions portfolio with passionate team player environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Technical advisor/leader to a project team of large scope; manages the entire project.
- Adheres to tech. standards and strategies, Enforces Methodology ensuring quality and consistency of team deliverables.
- Leads all project activities by creating and managing execution and integration of plans.
- Responsible for the day-to-day mgmt. of project work and resolving daily issues that arise
- Develops approach and plan to solve technical issues and resolves the most complex problems in their technology.
- Conducts cost benefit analyses and allocates resources within a project, forms productive networks with external experts and the vendor community to bring solutions to internal customers/partner’s needs.
- Complexity involves being company focal point for technology issues in area of expertise and Consistently follows problems to a timely resolution and appropriately escalates issues to managerial and tech. leadership.
- Makes presentations customized to interests of audience and/or provides tech. training and mentoring to less experienced team members, Assists in establishing and maintaining a strong partnership with business partner and manages expectations besides Pro-actively and appropriately communicating to managerial and tech. leadership on project and operational issues
- Assists in successfully integrating new employees into the department, and builds others' skill sets by coaching them (i.e., coaching, mentoring
- Escalates issues and risks as appropriate and makes key decisions about tech. approach to components of projects. Qualifications:
Years of Experience:

- 8 to 10 years of experience in Data and Software engineering, analytics, Business intelligence or other relevant roles.
- 5 Years of experience in Data Warehousing and Analytics practice in Cloud (Azure/AWS).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in constructing the Data Pipeline of Cloud PAAS service with Strong Domain knowledge in Data Engineering and Business Intelligence Solutions.
- 3 plus years of Experience in any IT Architecture Serving Consumer moving goods or Supply chain Systems is a plus.
- Demonstrate ability to create and drive roadmaps for Data Intelligence Analytics project.
- Proficiency in Data Visualization Reporting tools and Customization of UI components of Data Visualization is mandatory.
- 3 to 5 years of Python/Scala or Java language development experience is a must.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

- Must Have Skills
. Data Strategy, Data Modeling/Engineering/Warehousing in Cloud Platform, Storage - Data Lake, Data Warehousing and Data Ingestion Methodologies.
- . Architecting and Developing DATA Pipeline Architecture using Cloud PAAS solutions such as Azure Data Factor, Data Bricks and Azure Data Lake Gen 2.
- . Experience in Architecting the Azure Platform SAAS and PAAS components specifically for Data Analytics projects is a must.
- . Extensive experience in Software Languages such as PYTHON or SCALA or JAVA along with SQL query language is a must.
- . Proven ability to develop and design creative solutions addressing and meeting client’s objectives and addressing most complex problems with hardened solutions.
- . Reports Development expertise in Power BI and associated UI customizations.
- . Expertise and Experience in TIBCO Middleware, SAP ECC and SAP PO is a big Plus.
- . Experience in Databases such as Oracle, Non
- Relational Databases is a must.
