REACHA is a community-based NGO led by CSR experts with a mission to empower individuals through initiatives in education, health, skilling, and women's empowerment. REACHA collaborates closely with local communities, government agencies, corporates, and academic institutions to achieve this mission. Operating across diverse geographies, including Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Kashmir, and Maharashtra, REACHA's interventions span areas such as education, health, environmental conservation, livelihood development, and other key areas outlined in the Companies Act 2013 for CSR initiatives.

REACHA is implementing a coding project in partnership with an organization in Pune, Maharashtra. The project aims to teach coding to school students in Pune, in line with the National Education Policy 2020.

**Educational Qualifications**:
BTech, BCA, BSc or equivalent (Computer Science preferred)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Enthusiastic about incorporating coding into school-level education

Proficient in conducting requirements analysis for projects
- Capable of writing project progress reports, engaging with stakeholders, adhering to timelines, and demonstrating a problem
- solving mindset
- Strong command of computer coding skills Effective in interacting with students and teachers
- Good communication and presentation skills.
