Staff Pharmacist

**Medication Dispensing**: Fill and dispense prescriptions accurately based on physician orders.
- **Patient Counseling**: Offer advice on the correct use of medications, including dosages, side effects, and interactions with other drugs or supplements.
- **Medication Management**: Develop personalized medication plans, monitor patient health, and ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
- **Drug Safety and Compliance**: Review prescriptions for accuracy and compliance with legal and safety standards. Report adverse effects and maintain proper records.
- **Consultation with Healthcare Providers**: Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to discuss patient treatment plans and address medication-related concerns.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee and manage inventory, ensuring the availability of drugs, reordering as needed, and checking expiration dates.
- **Education and Training**: Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on drug use and safety protocols; may provide training to pharmacy staff.
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail shop.
