**Job Description**:

- Human Resources. Review and manage program and operational aspects of the annual budget (program funding and expense/ utilisation) in conjunction with the Country Head-Finance, Country Head-Resource Mobilisation and Country Head HR. Report on operational issues, opportunities, development plans, achievements, challenges and budgets to the CEO and the Program Advisory Committee of the Governing Body. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES Qualifications Applicants must be MBAs, or postgraduates in development, or equivalent fields, from a reputed academic, or professional institute. Experience 20 years of relevant progressive leadership experience, of which at least five years should be in senior leadership roles in programs/ operations, in a growth-oriented organisation, preferably with the not-for-profit/ social impact sector. Prior experience in the corporate sector in a role that required significant coordination and result orientation, preferably including responsibility for P&L, and/or as head of a cost/ revenue business unit within the organisation, shall be preferred. Skills and Competencies Demonstrated skills in performance management, leading diverse work teams and implementing organisation-wide operational and managerial processes, across a broad geography. Knowledge and experience in policy development and implementation, project management, organisation development and people management, with a large organisation. Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with the Board of Directors. Ongoing affiliations with leaders in successful companies and organisations that practice effective operations management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship and negotiation skills. Familiarity with change management initiatives.
