**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and train on-site duties in proper installation procedures and techniques.
- Supervisors conduct work conferences with workers and other personnel and maintain daily site progress report.
- Must have experience in OFC, Blowing, Trenching, Ducting and others related to highway construction.
- Must have experience in Splicing, PTZ Surveillance, earthling, OTDR Testing, Control Room Installation.
- They also determine the work schedule, which has to include a balance between labors and machine hours.
- Experienced in vendor coordination.
- Experienced in chamber layout and foundation structure.
- Mandatory *Ready to work PAN India site.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good in time management & ability to handle multiple projects.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Working knowledge of tools and equipment.
