**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a **highly skilled Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Administrator** to join our team supporting **Cisco’s Supply Chain Cloud Transformation**. This role demands hands-on expertise in OCI services, advanced automation skills, and a strong ability to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud solutions.

As part of the **Supply Chain Cloud Foundational Services team**, you will contribute to one of the most critical transformations within Cisco. The role requires technical excellence, strong collaboration skills, and a proven ability to meet Cisco's high technical bar.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Architect and deploy OCI environments** with a focus on high availability, scalability, and performance.
- Implement and enforce **security-first practices**, including IAM, compliance standards, and robust security policies.
- **Monitor, optimize, and tune** cloud infrastructure performance, ensuring it meets operational benchmarks.
- Develop and maintain **comprehensive documentation** for all cloud architecture, configurations, and procedures.
- Design and execute **backup and disaster recovery strategies** to ensure data integrity and resilience.
- Automate cloud service delivery using tools like **Terraform**, **OCI-CLI**, **OCI Python SDK**, and **GitOps practices**.
- Lead and participate in **technical discovery sessions** and presentations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stay current with **Oracle Cloud advancements** and implement best practices.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- **3+ years of experience** working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle technologies, including:

- **RAC Databases** and **WebLogic Server Clustering**.
- **CloudGuard**, **OIC**, **Identity Domains**, **Networking**, and **Network Security Groups**.
- Proficiency in **cloud automation tools** like Terraform for automating deployments and infrastructure tasks.
- Strong understanding of **security principles** (IAM, CIS Benchmarks, vulnerability scanning, and remediation).
- Proven experience with **OCI Security**, **Network Security Groups**, and **Security Lists**.
- Solid experience in **lifecycle management** (e.g., upgrades and patching of databases and compute instances).
- Experience with managing distributed IT services in **on-prem** and **cloud** environments.
- Familiarity with **Agile methodologies** and **Scrum frameworks**.
- Excellent **communication and presentation skills** with an eye for detail.

**Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Knowledge of **AWS**, **Snowflake**, **Git**, and **Python**.
- Oracle Cloud certifications or equivalent certifications in **AWS**, **GCP**, or **Azure**.
- Experience with large-scale IT transformations, particularly within supply chain environments.

Pay: ₹311,960.47 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
