**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Quotation Management:_
- Prepare and send detailed and accurate quotations to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather relevant information and create compelling business documents.
- Maintain a systematic record of quotations and update pricing information as needed.
- Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Client Communication:_
- Handle communication with clients regarding inquiries, proposals, and negotiations.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to client queries and requests.
- Data Management:_
- Organize and manage data related to leads, clients, and business development activities.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records using MS Excel, CRM tools and other relevant software.
- Market Research:_
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Compile and analyze data to assist in the development of strategic business plans.
- Lead Generation:_
- Collaborate with the Chief Business Development Officer to generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Assist in building and maintaining a database of potential clients, partners, and opportunities.
- Administrative Support:_
- Provide administrative assistance to the Chief Business Development Officer, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, conferences, and meetings.
- Client Relationship Management:_
- Assist in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communications to ensure client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools.
- Previous experience in a business development or administrative role is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
