Farm Worker

Looking for people who are interested in learning and working in a small indoor hydroponic food production unit. We primarily grow microgreens of various varieties.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Working Months: August - May (10 Months)
- Graduate and above
- Good with numbers
- Great work ethics, fast learner and a positive attitude
- Able to communicate in English and Hindi
- Attention to detail as this job requires accuracy to be successful
- Past experience in Farming is a bonus; freshers can also apply
- Sales and Marketing experience also a bonus, freshers can also apply
- Locally living in North Goa and should be able to commute to work location everyday

JOB ROLE:

- Complete management of our grow room
- Watering all the micro green trays everyday
- Harvesting, packaging Labelling our produce
- Other responsibilities include helping clean and maintain the farm and harvest areas
- Seeding and tray making when needed

LOCATION AND TIMINGS

Location: Badem, Assagao

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday & Monday Off)

Timings: 9am - 5pm

HOLIDAYS:

- Paid Sick Leave (2 per month) and 20 days per Year
- Paid Long term holiday: 2 months a year (Every June or July)

SALARY and PACKAGE OFFERED
- Monthly Payout:
Experience: Rs.18000-23000

Freshers - Rs.13000 to 18000
- Fuel Allowance

- Hike in monthly salary every year depending on performance

- Overtime Pay

TRAINING
- On the job training provided initially for 30-60 days (Paid training)
