Ivf Counselor

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct counselling sessions for individuals and couples undergoing IVF treatment, addressing emotional concerns and providing support throughout the process.
- Assist patients with the registration process, ensuring accurate documentation and information collection.
- Coordinate pre-treatment preparations for patients and clinic facilities, ensuring readiness for procedures from both patient and clinic perspectives.
- Initiate patient care procedures, including starting IVF treatment protocols and monitoring patient progress.
- Oversee patient pickup and discharge procedures, ensuring smooth transitions and providing necessary instructions.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to plan and prepare for hysteroscopy procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and resources are available.
- Assist with mock embryo transfer procedures, ensuring proper technique and patient comfort.
- Prepare patients for embryo transfer procedures, providing support and guidance throughout.
- Facilitate the transfer of embryos, ensuring adherence to protocols and patient safety measures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) degree.
- Previous experience in counselling, preferably in reproductive health or infertility.
- Empathy and compassion towards patients undergoing fertility treatments.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
