**CCTV Technician Duties & Responsibilities**
- To service the Company’s product portfolio as directed in an effective and cost efficient manner.
- To represent the Company with credit.
- To ensure regular communication with the Field Operations Manager to advise progress and problems which may require his assistance.
- To ensure that at all times tools, vehicles and safety equipment are regularly maintained in good and safe working order and that test gear is regularly calibrated and labelled as required by ISO9000.
- When appropriate to appoint and manage sub-contractors on site ensuring their work is neat, workmanlike and conforms to all the necessary statutory regulations.
- To maintain all paperwork and documentation up-to-date and to communicate appropriately with the Customer Service Administration Office to receive work and report progress in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with established procedures.
- To be aware of all contract possibilities and add on business opportunities.
- To observe and promote safe working practices and help maintain depots in a tidy and workmanlike manner.
- Performs their duties as assigned.
- Perform routine operator level preventive maintenance on CCTV digital video and fiber optics equipment.

**Qualification**
- Knowledge of Manufacturing, Systems Engineering or Electronic Product Design
- Strong technical domain experience
- Low voltage Electrical License preferred, however, we would also consider an experienced Security Field Service Technician who is either in process of obtaining their low voltage Electrical License or is willing to obtain it
- Basic knowledge of networks and/or network switching preferred
- Must be able to work independently with limited or remote direction
- Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner with management, team members, and guests
- Year of Experience 1-5 Years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
