Job Title: Customer Care Executive

**Overview**:As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. This role requires effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Ensure a positive customer experience through professional and courteous communication.

**Issue Resolution**:Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with other departments to address complex problems and ensure timely resolution.
Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.

**Product Knowledge**:Stay informed about company products, services, and updates.
Continuously update knowledge base to provide accurate information to customers.

**Customer Education**:Educate customers on product features, usage, and best practices.
Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving common issues.

**Quality Assurance**:Maintain a high standard of service quality and adherence to company policies.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Feedback Collection**:Gather customer feedback and insights to improve products and services.
Report recurring issues to the relevant teams for long-term solutions.

**Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with other customer care executives and departments to share knowledge and improve overall customer support processes.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM software and support ticket systems.
- Time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
