At SAMA: The Calm Mind Studio, we believe that our mind deserves the care and attention that our body receives. That's why we are the first and only studio in Bangalore offering multiple formats of meditation and mindfulness practices in an environment where one can truly disconnect from the outer world.

From Yoga Nidra to Pranayama (Breathing Practice), Tibetan Singing Bowls Meditation to Sound Baths, Yin Yoga and more, classes in multiple time-tested practices will be offered at SAMA.

We are on a mission to make meditation and mindfulness simple, accessible so that everyone can give their mind the the love and care it deserves.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage the day to day operations of the Studio including member enrolment, instructor scheduling, team management etc.
2. Assist the CEO in marketing activities such as social media marketing, conducting workshops, affiliate marketing etc.
3. Support the instructors in class management.

**Qualifications**

1. Graduate in any discipline.

2. Good communication skills

3. High on initiative and motivation

4. Interest in Yoga is an added bonus.

**Shift 1- 6.30 AM to 3.30 PM**

**Shift 2- 12.30 PM to 9.30 PM**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
