**Social Media Executive & Content Strategist**:
Location - Bengaluru

Employment Mode - Full Time (Mon -Fri)

**About the role**:
As a Social Media and Content Strategist, you'll craft engaging content and develop comprehensive strategies to enhance brand presence and drive audience engagement across various social media platforms. Your role involves analyzing trends, monitoring metrics, and adapting strategies to optimize performance and meet business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies to drive engagement and

enhance brand awareness across social media platforms and websites.
- Manage Ralecon social media accounts and websites to establish a strong digital

presence, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Create engaging content and visuals for social media posts, website updates, blogs,

and other digital platforms.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track the effectiveness of content

strategies, social media campaigns, and website traffic.
- Engage with users and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages across social

media platforms, fostering meaningful interactions and building brand loyalty.
- Oversee Radeon's marketing strategy and leverage social media channels to drive

revenue and customer engagement, aligning content efforts with overall business

objectives.
- Manage the brand's online reputation and monitor customer sentiment across social

channels, proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to

ensure alignment of messaging and strategy across all digital platforms, contributing

to a cohesive brand identity and customer experience.

**You are the right fit, if you have,**
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and websites for organizations.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (including YouTube, LinkedIn, FB,
- Instagram and X) and website management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize social media
- performance.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
