Date: Feb 22, 2023- Job Requisition Id: 52216- Job Category: ERP- Location: Bangalore, KA, INYou are required to have skills in the following areas:

- Basic Understanding of SAP Manual Testing, Functional, and Regression Test Automation.
- Get involved in product design to guarantee adherence to test coverage for meeting end-user requirements.
- Test all aspects of the product/system like function/component, system, performance, Regression, and service.
- Work with the Design and development team to identify and capture test cases, and ensure version management.
- Setting up test environments, designing test plans, developing test cases/scenarios/usage cases, and executing these cases.
- With the help of the Test Manager apply, design, and develop automated testing strategies and build automated testing frameworks.
- Under supervision, learn and implement automation test framework
- Record test results, report and verify software bug fixes to accept automation criteria.
- Coordinate with program and development management teams in the product development lifecycle to confirm end-user product and quality requirements along with development schedule.
- Analyze performance test requirements and develop test plans.
- Handle performance testing and present results for validating and analysis to Project Teams.
- Answer technical issues to resolve and follow up.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- An understanding of the software development life cycle as well as the business approach for the product
- Willing to work in a 24x7 environment and provide weekend coverage, if needed
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Manage customer expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution.
- Meet SLAs like response and resolution times with help of the Functional & Technical team
- Collaborate with Functional & Technical Support team members to properly manage customer inquiries and escalate when appropriate.
- Own customer technical issues from initial report to resolution, communicating with customers regularly regarding issue status.
- Run monitoring reports for usage, performance, and/or availability.
- Document solutions for knowledge-base and bring new ideas for innovation and automation excellence into the Support team.
- Understanding of Microfocus ALM Software (Microfocus Quality Center) Testing Tools
- Experience in software development life cycle and software development methodologies like Agile, Azure DevOps, etc.

- Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to work in a global and virtual environment and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and utilize sound judgment with an ability to operate with a sense of urgency.
- Willingness to global travel
- Able to be aware of all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
