**Financial Planning and Analysis Executive**

Join our Financial Planning and Analysis team as an Executive, and play a key role in providing insightful, forward-looking analysis to drive impactful business decisions for Macquarie Asset Management.

**What role will you play?**

In this role, you will be responsible for communicating the financial budget, forecast, outlook, and cost transformation to senior management. You will help drive and coordinate cost reduction and common process improvement projects as part of the finance transformation strategy. Additionally, you will produce insightful analyses that facilitate better management decisions. Your role will be to support one of the divisions of Macquarie Asset Management.

***What you offer**
- CA qualification with 2-4 years of relevant post-qualification experience, particularly in the banking and financial services industry. Previous exposure to financial accounting and statutory reporting in a service industry is preferred.
- Strong commitment to customer service ethics, proactive client engagement, and the ability to work effectively within a global virtual team while managing international relationships.
- Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to implement new technologies for automation and operational excellence, will be advantageous.
