**Required Experience**:
2-5 years of experience in creating catchy titles, content, posts, and captions, preferably in a start-up or creative environment. Anchoring or hosting experience is also preferred. Experience with internships, freelance projects, or personal projects is valuable.
**Work Location**:
Gurugram/Gurgaon - Work from the office.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent work experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Content Creation: Create, coordinate, and oversee the creation of various content types, such as videos, podcasts, articles, infographics, and social media posts, ensuring they adhere to the defined objectives and brand guidelines.
- Caption Writing: Create captions or subtitles that accurately represent the dialogue, narration, or important audio elements in the video. Ensure captions are synchronized with the video and are easy to read and understand.
- Title Creation: Develop attention-grabbing and informative titles that summarize the video content and pique the viewer’s interest. Craft concise and compelling titles that effectively communicate the video’s purpose or main message.
- Accessibility Considerations: Adhere to accessibility standards and guidelines to make video content inclusive for individuals with hearing impairments or those who prefer captions/subtitles. Provide clear and accurate descriptions of audio elements, sound effects, and non-verbal communication.
- Adaptation for Platforms: Tailor content, captions, and titles to suit different platforms and devices, considering character limits, formatting requirements, and display preferences.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the video production team, including editors and content creators, to gather information about the video’s content and purpose. Incorporate feedback and revisions as necessary.
- Consistency and Formatting: Maintain consistency in caption styles, formatting, and positioning throughout the video content. Follow industry standards and platform-specific guidelines for caption and title formatting.
- Proofreading and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough proofreading and quality checks to ensure captions and titles are error-free, properly synced, and enhance the overall viewer experience.
- Content Evaluation: Assess the quality, relevance, and credibility of curated content to ensure it aligns with the organization’s goals and provides value to the audience.
- Content Editing: Review and edit curated content as necessary to improve readability, grammar, and coherence, while maintaining the original voice and intent.
- Interview Hosting/Anchoring: Conduct engaging and informative interviews with a diverse range of guests, including experts, and professionals from various industries. Organize and manage interview schedules, liaise with interviewees or guests, and ensure all necessary resources and logistics are in place for successful interviews.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent work experience and a strong portfolio will also be considered.

- Knowledge Base: Strong general knowledge and familiarity with current events, industry trends(preferably IT), and relevant topics based on the target audience.
- Research Skills: Effective research abilities to gather information about guests, topics, and trends prior to interviews or shows.
- Poise and Confidence: Ability to present oneself confidently on camera, maintain composure under pressure, and handle unexpected situations gracefully.
- Adaptability: Capacity to adjust interview styles, tone, and approach depending on the guest and the nature of the program.
