Type: - Hybrid - Working hours: 13:30 to 22:30 IST Qualifications: - BS or master’s degree in engineering Computer Science or equivalent experience. - A minimum of five years of SAP Hybris related experience leading and delivering full life cycle implementations. - Experience integrating Hybris with other applications such as Content management payment gateway tax using APIs. - 7+ years of experience in developing business critical software using Enterprise Java/J2EE Web Services REST JSON/XML Servlet containers JAXRS Spring and related technologies. - 4+ years of experience with different data storage technologies such as MySQL Oracle DynamoDB Cassandra Couchbase etc. - Proficient in software development process including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations. - Strong analytical skills and a sense of ownership. - Good written and verbal communication skills. Job Overview: We are looking for an SAP Commerce Cloud personnel with 5+ years of experience in Production Support Role. Primary Skills: - Minimum 5+ years of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) core experience. - At least one implementation experience on SAP Hybris Cloud version ( CCV2 is preferable) - Clear understanding of product management order management & CMS - Should have experience handling Incident and Service Management in Production Support Role. - Be an advocate for continuous process improvement and push the limits of technology. - Be effective in solution and system architecture driving end to end solutions for complex technical problems. - Work in an agile and highly collaborative environment with our globally distributed engineering teams architecture product management quality assurance and operations. - Manage individual project priorities deadlines and deliverables with your technical expertise. - Strong customer orientation with active direct customer contact and with special focus on end users’ scenarios - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Demonstrated ability to work independently with mínimal supervision - Good comprehension skills and self-motivated quality commitment Comfortable on working in evening shift 1:30 -10:30pm Good to have Skills: - Basic knowledge in CPI or any other integration with Commerce cloud would be an advantage Responsibilities and Duties: - Handling day-to-day operations (e.g. service tickets L1/L2 support) - Setting up the infrastructure (e.g. clustering caching logging etc) - Knowing how to identify and fix issues/problems in general and stakeholder issues - Work on Incident/problem and following the ServiceNow Process - Should be able to triage and communicate with stakeholder effectively about the RCA and documenting it. - Managing releases and upgrade activities - Alert and Monitoring the system - Fixing performance issues - Being familiar with integration with other services(e.g. Payment Hub Middleware like CPI) - Understanding the functional & technical requirements and convert them to high quality code for small development activities
