**Job Description**:

- Develop and implement the company's foreign trade strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and trade policies.
- Manage the company's international logistics operations, including transportation, customs clearance, and distribution.
- Oversee the preparation of all import/export documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with international customers, suppliers, and partners to promote the company's products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential risks in foreign markets.
- Manage a team of foreign trade professionals and provide leadership, guidance, and training to ensure their continued professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure the smooth flow of goods and information across all aspects of the supply chain.
- Monitor and analyze trade data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, including export controls, sanctions, and anti-corruption laws.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in foreign trade management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, including customs regulations, export controls, and anti-corruption laws.
- Demonstrated experience in managing international logistics operations, including transportation, customs clearance, and distribution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant computer software, including Microsoft Office and trade management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and at least one other language is highly desirable.
