Product Owner - Digital Banking

Essential Job Functions:

- Plan for and manage programs with responsibility for leading a team of cross-functional

individuals to achieve often technical and complex objectives.
- Effectively communicate complex strategies to others, interface at many levels - including adapting own style and message to diverse audiences (internally/ externally).
- Management of program from kick-off through delivery and support.
- Identify program blockers and push to resolution.
- Report out program progress on a weekly/monthly basis to the executive team.
- Adhere to Bottomline's Product management best practices and initiatives.
- Lead initiatives related to data analysis/visualization and end-to-end integration and

launch of the products.
- Co-lead research and documentation of emerging technology within Digital Banking.
- Co-manage third-party integrations. Including supporting existing third-party

integrations and exploring additional integration opportunities.
- Turn data insights into products with actionable outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders and customers to share the product vision, strategy, features,

and prioritization.
- Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including

features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize and maintain sprint backlogs for assigned products, balancing the

requirements of stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investments.

**Required Skills**:

- This position requires a self-starter with a unique blend of knowledge and experience

in the technology industry, including Program Management, Product Management,

Agile, business transformation, sales, and change management.
- Proven communication skills with C-level executives and senior management including

the ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations.
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
- Skilled, competent communicator who influences and negotiates effectively.
- Attentive to detail and quality-oriented; ability to execute in a timely and accurate

manner.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature

judgment, discuss problems, analyze solutions/options, evaluate, and enable improved

processes and manage ambiguity.
- Working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Word, Microsoft

Teams, and SharePoint.
Preferred Skills:

- Ability to prepare and deliver persuasive presentations in front of senior leadership.
- Working knowledge of best practice pre-sales, training, organizational change

management, and project management methodologies and processes.
- Familiarity with Agile software development environment and processes is a plus.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.

Education and Experience:

- A Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or technology-related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant business analyst or systems analyst experience.
