**JOB POSITION**

Associate Architect Testing - With experience in Automation testing, Performance testing and Healthcare knowledge.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**

Associate Architect Testing will be responsible for the following:

- Interact with product management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives.
- Should co-ordinate between onshore & offshore teams and external entities.
- Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution.
- Design and create test conditions, test data and test scripts to address business and technical use cases.
- Use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build/script new tools for performing testing/validation function.
- Experience in developing In Sprint Automation Suite is an added advantage.
- Help in the automation strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles.
- Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate, using JIRA.
- Drive recommendations across types of testing to be implemented and get an agreement with the stakeholders.
- Facilitate Defect Triage Calls

**QUALIFICATION**
- B. Tech /B.E.

**EXPERIENCE**
- 12+ years of experience on Automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java and Performance testing using Load Runner.
- Work experience in healthcare domain is mandatory.

**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- At least 12+ years of strong automation experience with Selenium, Java, and Performance tools like JMeter and Load Runner (hands-on experience on scripting, execution).
- Successful track record as a 'hands on' leader within QA teams, building and managing teams to a level of top-notch professionals.
- Good understanding and reading of XML/JSON and PDF/Word Documents using Automation tools.
- Hands on experience in validating SAP BO Reports.
- Ability to guide team of 2-3 tech leads and coach them on architectural path.
- Brings thought leadership and solution mindset to solve the business problems by effective use of technology.
- Have deep domain and technology depth to drive solutions end to end.
- Should be a team player and knows how to influence people at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills, presentation, and data narration / storytelling abilities with demonstrated ability to present to executive audiences.
- Possess strong analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work with business and technology leaders to represent his or team view to secure funding for tech initiative by clearly calling out cost benefit analysis and ROI.
- Experience on Maven, Continuous Integration, SCM tools.
- Work experience in healthcare domain is mandatory.
