Job Description: STEM Trainer (Female)
Organization: ANK
Job Location: Ghaziabad, Meerut, and Gautam Budh Nagar (One trainer for each location)
Position Type: Full-time, Contractual for 1 year
Salary Range : INR 40,000- INR 50,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:
(1) Conduct STEM training sessions for students of Class 6th to 12th in Government girls schools.
(3) Utilize STEM kits, demonstration materials, models, and charts to enhance students' conceptual understanding and practical skills.
(4) Foster a scientific attitude and curiosity among students through engaging and interactive teaching methods.
(5) Collaborate with school staff and ANK team to coordinate training schedules and logistics.
(6) Monitor and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback for improvement.
(7) Stay updated with current trends and developments in STEM education to incorporate relevant content into training sessions.
(8) Maintain documentation and reports related to training activities and student performance.

Qualifications:
(1) Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech) in a STEM-related field (Science, Technology, Engineering,) from a recognized institution.
(3) Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
(4) Strong organizational and planning skills to effectively manage training sessions and resources.
(5) Passion for promoting practical learning and scientific thinking among students.
(6) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and educational software/tools for creating instructional materials is desirable.
