Job Title: Travel Agency Tele Caller

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our travel agency's services and packages.

2. Introduce clients to various travel destinations, packages, and services offered by the agency.

3. Build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients over the phone.

4. Understand clients' travel preferences, needs, and budget constraints to offer personalized travel solutions.

5. Provide accurate information about travel itineraries, accommodation options, transportation, and other travel-related services.

6. Answer client inquiries regarding travel destinations, packages, pricing, and any other related questions.

7. Handle objections and concerns effectively, and provide appropriate solutions to address client needs.

8. Follow up with potential clients who have shown interest but have not yet booked their travel arrangements.

9. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with clients.

10. Achieve individual and team sales targets and objectives set by the agency.

11. Document and update client information, preferences, and bookings accurately in the agency's database.

12. Collaborate with other team members, including travel agents and sales representatives, to ensure a seamless booking process for clients.

13. Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to better assist clients.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a tele caller, sales representative, or similar role, preferably in the travel industry.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive phone manner.

3. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

5. Familiarity with travel destinations, packages, and travel-related services is preferred.

6. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office and CRM software.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

8. Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

9. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
