**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Safety Management**:

- Implement and enforce safety regulations, procedures, and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Provide safety training to mining personnel and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- **Supervision and Coordination**:

- Supervise and coordinate mining activities, including drilling, blasting, loading, and transportation of materials.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor equipment usage and maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead and manage a team of miners, ensuring they are properly trained and motivated to perform their duties effectively.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and capabilities.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance team performance.
- **Production Optimization**:

- Implement strategies to optimize production and achieve production targets.
- Monitor production output and quality to ensure compliance with specifications and requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of production, equipment usage, and safety incidents.
- Prepare reports on mining operations, including production volumes, safety performance, and equipment maintenance.
- Communicate regularly with management and stakeholders to provide updates on mining activities and performance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma in Mining Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in mining operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of mining techniques, equipment, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions.

**Working Conditions**:

- The role involves working in both underground and surface mining environments.
- May require working in remote locations and irregular hours.
- Exposure to dust, noise, and other environmental factors is common.
- Physical fitness and stamina may be required to perform duties in challenging conditions.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
