**Job Opportunity**: Hematologist for MedPrime Technologies (Full-time and Part-time)

MedPrime Technologies is seeking a dedicated Hematologist to join our team in an ongoing collaboration focused on developing and refining an AI/ML algorithm for peripheral blood smears.This role involves collaboration on annotating and validating PBS slides, which will be scanned using our advanced Whole Slide Scanner, MICALYS.

**Role & responsibilities**:
Annotation and Analysis: Contribute to the annotation, validation, and expert analysis of cell morphology. You'll work with high-resolution scanned images shared on our online annotation portal.

Access to PBS Slides: Provide high-quality PBS slides to expand our data set, crucial for training the AI/ML algorithm.

Case Acquisition: Assist in gathering new cases by facilitating the provision of additional slides from your end.

Process Oversight: Oversee the entire process, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the annotated and validated data. MedPrime will provide all necessary training and technical support.

Collaborative Engagement: Foster a collaborative partnership with our team to ensure the ongoing validation and continuous enhancement of the algorithm.
- MD in Hematology or equivalent
- Experience in analyzing peripheral blood smears
- Familiarity with digital pathology tools (preferred but not required)
- Strong collaborative skills
