5. Handling Inbound Calls: Addressing customer queries and providing assistance.

6. Appointment Scheduling: Arranging meetings between clients and representatives.

7. Data Management: Updating customer databases and maintaining call logs.

8. Follow-Up: Ensuring customer satisfaction, gathering feedback.

9. Meeting Targets: Achieving specific call quotas or lead generation goals.

10. Script Adherence: Following predefined conversation scripts for consistency.

11. Handling Objections: Addressing customer concerns or objections effectively.

12. Compliance: Adhering to regulations regarding data protection and telemarketing.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
