**Client Communication and Relationship Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding orders, specifications, and timelines.
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- **Order Management and Coordination**:

- Receive and review customer orders, ensuring all details are accurate and feasible for production.
- Coordinate with production planners, designers, and factory personnel to ensure orders are processed efficiently and on time.
- Monitor production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and resolve any issues that may arise.
- **Quality Control and Assurance**:

- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that fabric production meets the required standards and specifications.
- Conduct inspections during and after production to identify any defects or deviations from client requirements.
- Implement corrective actions and improvements as necessary to maintain high-quality standards.
- **Cost Management and Negotiation**:

- Assist in pricing negotiations with clients to ensure profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
- Monitor production costs and budgetary guidelines to ensure profitability targets are met.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of orders, production progress, and client communications.
- Prepare regular reports on production status, sales forecasts, and client feedback for management review.
- **Market Research and Trend Analysis**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients regarding fabric selection, design trends, and market preferences.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the woven apparel fabric manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of têxtile production processes, fabric properties, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP software for order management.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Typically office-based, but may require visits to production facilities.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and occasional overtime.
- Travel may be required to attend trade shows, client meetings, or supplier visits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
