Ensure that the Marketing department runs smoothly by adeptly managing administrative tasks.
- Gather and analyze consumer behavior data by examining web traffic and rankings among other metrics.
- Create advertising material by collaborating with the Marketing Design and Content teams.
- Observe the marketing activities of competitors.
- Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals
- Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
- Collaborate with design and writing teams to produce high-quality content
- Edit, proofread, and improve the content
- Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Share content through various channels, ensuring a strong web presence
- Plan (identify themes, dates, etc.) and execute periodic events, YouTube videos, SMS/WhatsApp and blog calendars to drive inbound leads
- Script and shoot YouTube videos
- Work with the marketing team to create and execute the social media calendar
- Online Reputation Management by writing answers to Quora questions and creating a pipeline of google reviews and replying to negative reviews
- Create marketing collaterals (brochures, WhatsApp creatives, etc.) to keep leads engaged
- Get student marketing videos including testimonials and other video bytes to use in the social media calendar
- Design merchandise to be distributed to students
- Manage all WhatsApp and telegram channels and regularly update all groups with useful content
- Create monthly reports to show results of activities across channels and to share insights on what worked, and what needs to be changed
- Maintain an alumni database and conduct events for alumni
