_**Job Summary**_

As an Accounts Executive in our visa consulting firm, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting the financial health of the organization. Your role will involve overseeing accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, financial reporting, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain financial compliance.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Process and record day-to-day financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, providing insights on financial trends, expenses, and revenue projections.
- Generate accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Present financial reports to management for review.
- Collaborate with external accountants to ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax documents.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
- Track and manage company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and overall financial efficiency.
- **Qualifications and Skills**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
