3. Conducts inspections to ensure that finishing work adheres to specifications, safety standards, and building codes.

4. Monitors the progress of finishing work and adjusts schedules as needed to meet project deadlines.

5. Collaborates with architects and designers to interpret plans and ensure the accurate implementation of finishing details.

6. Tracks and manages material inventory to ensure availability and minimize wastage.

7. Resolves any issues or conflicts that arise during the finishing process, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

8. Communicates and coordinates with other project stakeholders, such as project managers and clients, to ensure smooth execution.

9. Keeps records of all finishing activities, including documentation of inspections, work progress, and change orders.

10. Conducts final walkthroughs to ensure that all finishing work meets the required standards before handing over the completed project to the client.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
