We are looking for a BFSI trainer to Train in banking & financial services job role

Education

UG: Graduation preferably B. Com (Min UG)

Eligibility:

- Completion of undergraduate Bachelor’s degree, in commerce.
- 1-2 years Work experience, preferably in Banking & Financial sector
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
- Encouraging team/trainees and able to lead and continue the activities/training sessions.
- Business Correspondent & Microfinance Executive
- Ability to take initiative and leadership even with mínimal supervision.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Conduct training with new training strategies, initiatives and materials.
- Conceptualize training materials based on data and research.
- Market research for placement in formal sector jobs.
- Maintain and update companies profile for placement purposes.
- Able to make lesson plans, presentations etc
- Other responsibilities as per requirement of the programme.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mp Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
