Job Title: Graphic Designer

Primary Purpose

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts and campaigns that align with the brand identity and strategic goals.
- Ensure consistency of brand visuals across all marketing channels and materials.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Use graphic design software and tools to create original artwork and illustrations.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Assist in the production of video content and other multimedia projects as needed.
- Conduct regular reviews and revisions of design work based on feedback from stakeholders.

Qualifications and Our Expectations:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other graphic design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including digital and print work.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
- Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Experience in hospitality or leisure industry design is an advantage.

**Minimum Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

**Minimum Job Experience**: Minimum of 2 - 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
