Video Editor

**Responsibilities**:
**Video Editing**:Edit and assemble raw video footage into a polished, visually appealing, and cohesive final product.
Trim and fine-tune footage to create seamless transitions and ensure the logical sequencing and pacing of the video.

**Creative Input**:Collaborate with creative teams to understand project goals, objectives, and creative direction.
Contribute creative ideas for video content and stay updated on industry trends and editing techniques.

**Technical Proficiency**:Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other industry-standard tools.
Ensure all editing equipment and software are up-to-date and in good working condition.

**Quality Control**:Review and assess the quality of edited videos to ensure they meet company standards and client expectations.
Make necessary revisions based on feedback from stakeholders.

**Asset Management**:Organize and manage video assets, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of footage.
Maintain an organized file structure for easy collaboration among team members.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with other team members, including videographers, graphic designers, and content creators, to ensure a cohesive and integrated final product.
Effectively communicate and incorporate feedback from team members and clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in video editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
- Understanding of video production processes, including shooting, lighting, and sound.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas to projects.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Media Production, or a related field is preferred.
