- Handling Inbound calls/chats
- Lead assigning and management
- Payment confirmations
- Student database sheet management
- Pending payment sheet management
- IGNOU admission
- IGNOU exam registration/re-registration
- Other additional tasks related to admissions and coordination

**Requirements**:

- Personal Laptop and strong internet connection
- Smartphone (business WhatsApp, google calendar, product app and CRM app)
- Vi/Airtel/Jio strong network signal (company shall provide the sim card)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month
