Hair Expert

**Responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients to understand their desired style, hair texture, and lifestyle.
- Analyze hair condition and recommend personalized hair care routines and treatments.
- Expertly perform a variety of hair services, including:

- Haircuts (men's, women's, children's)
- Hair coloring (highlights, balayage, ombre, all-over color, etc.)
- Hair styling (blowouts, updos, braids, etc.)
- Scalp treatments and hair extensions (if applicable)
- Stay up-to-date on the latest hair trends and techniques through continuing education.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable, relaxed, and satisfied with their experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all salon sanitation and safety protocols.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Meet or exceed individual sales goals for hair services and retail products.
