**Key Responsibilities**:
We seek experienced Horticulturists at AGM, DGM, and GM levels to lead landscape projects, blending horticultural expertise with project management skills to create stunning outdoor environments, guide teams, ensure adherence to budget and timelines, enforce quality standards, and build strong client relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience in horticulture, landscape design, and project management, with a focus on high-end villa construction projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in CAD software, landscape design tools, and project management software.
- In-depth knowledge of plant species, soil science, irrigation systems, and sustainable landscaping practices.
- Familiarity with local regulations, codes, and environmental standards related to landscaping and construction.

**Salary**: ₹166,666.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
