Tellecaller

The Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to customers and potential customers in order to generate sales. This includes gathering customer information, understanding customer needs, and promoting products and services. The Telecaller must be able to effectively communicate with customers in a professional manner while providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers and potential customers
- Gather customer information and understand customer needs
- Promote products and services through effective communication
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude
- Follow up with leads generated by other sales channels
- Track results of calls in the database
- Maintain accurate records of all conversations in the call center database

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience as a Telecaller or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
