Manage and lead a team of real estate sales agents, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales agents, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to help them improve and excel in their roles.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service at every stage of the buying and selling process.
- Stay current on market trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
