Installing, Configuring and troubleshooting of Software’s operating systems Windows 7,8 and 10
Maintaining and providing all kinds of hardware and software solution
Creating New Mail IDs and updating Profile Picture in Hostgater cloud.
Blocking E-Mails reported phishing by user.
Resolving Issues related to Teams, Zoom, MS OFFICE,
Active Directory Users management such as user creation, deletion of domain users.
Managing of User & Group Accounts, restricting by file Permission
Involves in Administration of 100-150 computers
Sharing and Security Files and Folders (Permissions).
Performing routine audit of systems and software.
Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
Answering technical queries and assisting users.
Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system.
Troubleshooting any reported problems.
Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running at all times.
Configuring, adding, and deleting file systems
To assist all our users with any logged IT related incident when called upon.
To take ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service as soon as possible;
Escalating incidents to other support teams where necessary.
To accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system.
To resolve incidents with printers, copiers and scanners
To maintain a first class level of customer service ensuring that all employees treated efficiently and in an appropriate manner.
Installing, Configuring and troubleshooting of Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird, mobile mail configuration.
Co-ordinates timely repair of PC computer equipment covered by third party vendor maintenance agreements.
Supporting remotely with the help of remote support tools such as Remote Desktop Connection, TVNC Viewer, Team Viewer, RADMIN.
Maintain IT Assets, Incident reports and Internet Link Down and bandwidth reports and Share folder user access list.
Troubleshoot Network connectivity issues.
Support to the end users in troubleshooting and helping the in solving problems in their desktop programs and for the streamline running of the operation.
Configuring Local and Network printers in as per network environment.
Sharing/Security Files and Folders (Permissions) by User level.
Preparing All checklist like Inventory, Office.
ZOHO CRM & desk experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
