**Job Summary**:
The Wirecut CNC Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC wirecut machines to cut and shape metal and other materials to precise specifications. The operator ensures the efficient and accurate production of components, adheres to safety standards, and maintains equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Setup**:

- Set up CNC wirecut machines according to job specifications, including loading materials, installing tools, and calibrating machines.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine the required operations.
- Program CNC machines using G-code or other CNC programming languages as needed.
- **Operation**:

- Operate CNC wirecut machines to perform cutting, shaping, and finishing operations on metal, plastic, or other materials.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure accurate and consistent production of parts.
- Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and ensure quality standards are met.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional specifications.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify part dimensions.
- Identify and address any defects or issues in the manufacturing process.
- **Maintenance**:

- Perform routine maintenance on CNC wirecut machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Report any significant malfunctions or maintenance needs to the maintenance team.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production quantities, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare and submit daily production reports to the supervisor.
- Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for CNC wirecut operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical certification or diploma in CNC machining or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of [Insert Years] years of experience operating CNC wirecut machines.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in metalworking or tool and die making.
- **Skills**:
