As a Paid Ads Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing ad campaigns on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include devising and executing media strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and delivering comprehensive campaign reports.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily management and optimization of Facebook & Google ad campaigns
- Development and execution of effective media strategies
- Analysis of performance data to drive data-driven decisions
- Communication of campaign results and insights to the team

**What You Need**:

- **Planning Skills**:Good at making ad plans
- **Understanding Data**:Know how to look at data and make decisions
- **Facebook Ads Experience**:Worked with Facebook ads before
- **Talking Skills**:Great at talking to clients and explaining things
- **Knows Tools**:Familiar with Google Analytics and other ad tools

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Facebook & Google Media Buying
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other ad-tracking tools
- Proven track record of successful campaign management and optimization
- Strong organizational and time management skills
