**Job Summary**: The Personal Secretary provides comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring efficient operations and communication. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and a willingness to travel both within and outside Delhi as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the MD’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating itineraries for both domestic and international trips.
- Conduct research and compile data for special projects as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the MD and other staff, clients, or external partners.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
- Travel with the MD for meetings, conferences, and other engagements, as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a personal secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Willingness to travel within and outside Delhi.
