**FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE**

**About the Role**:
The front desk executive acts as a single point of contact in resolving all general queries and complaints. Receiving calls. The front desk executive takes calls coming into the office and filters out general queries, passing on necessary calls only to the appropriate person. Handling schedules for management.
**Responsibilities**:
1.Monitor office supplies
2.Keep updated records and files;
3.Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc;
4.Greet and welcome guests;
5.Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships with Team Members;
6.Maintaining records of Out ward & Inward mail
7.Coordinating with various departments as per enquiries;
8.Supervise the efficient operations of reception including check in/out procedures;
9.Manage Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely;
10.Attending Incoming & Outgoing Calls;
11.Advise team of any special events or VIP Guests in the hotel for events or for general accommodations;
12.Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics, which inspire Team Members to exceed standards;
13.Advise your shift team of any special events or VIP Guests in the hotel that day;
14.Support team members in handling guest requests and enquiries to ensure a positive outcome is achieved
**Knowledge/Skills & Abilities required**:
1.Customer service orientation;
2.1 -2 Years of relevant experience.
3.Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping;
4.Problem-solving skills;
5.Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.);
6.Media / Entertainment / Internet;
7.Ability to interact with executives and clients
8.Ability to work on your own and as part of a team;
9.Personable, energetic individual with excellent organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills;
10.Support and Documentation;
11.Internal and External Communication;
12.Bachelor’s degree;
13.Front Desk Management.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
