Broadcast Journalist

**Responsibilities**:
**News Reporting**: Conduct in-depth research, interviews, and investigations to create accurate and compelling news stories that adhere to journalistic standards and ethics.

**Content Creation**: Produce well-written, informative, and engaging articles on a wide range of topics, including but not limited to local news, events, human interest stories, culture, and lifestyle.

**Audience Engagement**: Interact with the audience, respond to comments, and encourage discussions around the content to build a sense of community and loyalty among our readers.

**Liaison and Networking**: Collaborate with local organizations, government entities, and other stakeholders to gain access to news sources, exclusive information, and foster positive working relationships.

**Tender Filing**: Assist in preparing and submitting tenders when necessary, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and requirements.

**Deadline Management**: Meet tight deadlines for breaking news stories and deliver content consistently while maintaining accuracy and quality.

**Multimedia Integration**: Embrace the use of multimedia elements like images, videos, and infographics to enhance storytelling and engage readers.

**Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of current events, local developments, and trends in journalism and digital media to ensure that our platforms remain relevant and competitive.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a journalist, content writer, or related field with a strong portfolio of published articles.

Exceptional command of the English language with impeccable writing and editing skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with sources and engage with the audience.

Knowledge of Lucknow's local news landscape and cultural nuances.

Familiarity with tender filing processes would be advantageous.

Must be a resident of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and above 23 years of age.
