Ensure patients are provided with the best quality of services.
- Act as an interface between the specialist doctors and patients in the
- centre; address and ensure the study/tests are conducted effectively and tothe satisfaction of the customer.
- Resolve patient grievances, capture and maintain positive customer feedback,

- Maintain the centres financial accounts and sending periodic MIS reports to
- To ensure that Tests are only done after billing and test done is marked only after the test is completed in the user Id of the person conducting the test.
- To ensure that all tests/Bills cancellation are done on the same day.
- Responsible for Development and Motivation of all Staff members. HR Activities ( to update roster regularly and update irregularity status and leaves on a daily basis)
- Handle departmental and patient grievances effectively.
- Ensure compliance to all statutory requirement and assist in resolving legal
- Ensure timely opening and closing of the centre, Supervise the centres operational activities. Oversee security and surveillance of the centre.
