**Job Title**: Telesales Agent

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Outbound Calls**:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Present and promote the company’s products and services to prospective clients.
2. **Lead Conversion**:
- Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the benefits and features of our products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
3. **Customer Interaction**:
- Answer questions and address concerns of potential customers.
- Follow up with potential leads who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase.
4. **Sales Process**:
- Guide customers through the sales process, addressing their needs and ensuring a smooth transaction.
- Handle objections and negotiate with customers to close sales.
5. **Database Management**:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Update customer information and record call details and outcomes.
6. **Reporting**:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Provide feedback on call outcomes and customer responses to help refine sales strategies.
7. **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and promotions.
- Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and competitors.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- Number of calls made (75-100) per day.
- Number of leads converted to sales.
- Total sales revenue generated.
- Average call duration.
- Customer satisfaction score.
- Follow-up calls made.
- Accuracy of CRM data entries.
- Timeliness of reporting.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**:High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**:roven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- **Communication Skills: E**xcellent verbal communication skills. Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
- **Sales Skills**:strong sales and negotiation skills. Ability to close sales and handle objections effectively.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
