Road Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
- Oversee structural and finishing work, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and project progress.
- Manage and lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards on-site.
- Review and interpret technical drawings and plans, ensuring accurate execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

**Requirements**:

- Plain graduate or Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or residential building projects, focusing on structural and finishing work

Pay: ₹8,998.23 - ₹61,753.11 per month
