**Job Summary**:
The Kitchen Incharge is the leader of the entire production unit of cold coffee brewing. It is a complete hands-on requirement. This position will require a good understanding of SOPs and Operations management. You will bring skills to motivate others and self-driven energy to Succeed.

**The Primary Job Responsibilities**:
The Kitchen Incharger is responsible for the planning and coordination of the entire production unit.
- 1. Oversee and manage and schedule all staff and duty rostering
- 2. Make sure all production unit brew assistants understand their roles and responsibilities
- 3. Be the first point of contact in the production unit
- 4. Ensure and plan daily production run and forecasting
- 5. Ensure adequate raw materials are available - and plans and schedules all raw materials as per the standard ordering cycle
- 6. Check all equipment is cleaned and in good running condition
- 7. Oversee and supervise on daily production cycle from start to finish
- 8. Create the brewing and bottling schedules - Create schedules so all stages of the brewing process are performed on time and production targets are met
- 9. You will be involved in making sure the standard recipes are followed during each production and conversion cycles
- 10. Making sure that the production team and unit continues to make great products
- 11. Work closely with the Corporate Operations team to understand daily forecast, sales planning, operational guidance, inventory and stock management etc
- 12. Ensures the production unit is extremely clean and complies with all safety and food regulations
- 13. You will be responsible for all the team training activities which will happen from time to time as per the company’s operational guidelines
- 14. Conduct daily briefings for the team
- 15. Ensures that daily production and dispatch cycles are on standard time track

**Qualification**:

- Hotel Management Degree is preferrable
- Experience in any food production unit for 1 year

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
