**Job Title: Telecaller - Prescription and Consumer Drugs (PCD) Sales**

**Location : Panchkula ,Hariyana**

**Job Summary**:
As a Telecaller in the Prescription and Consumer Drugs (PCD) Sales team, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling pharmaceutical products through telephonic interactions. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential clients, provide information about PCD products, and persuade them to make purchases. This role requires effective communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a goal-oriented mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. **Outbound Calls**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Introduce PCD products, highlight features and benefits, and answer any queries.

**2. **Product Knowledge**:

- Acquire in-depth knowledge of PCD products to effectively communicate their value proposition.
- Stay updated on product information, promotions, and pricing.

**3. **Sales Pitch**:

- Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches to encourage product adoption and sales.
- Customize communication based on customer needs and objections.

**4. **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team.
- Record customer details, interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.

**5. **Follow-up Calls**:

- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
- Provide additional information and address concerns to facilitate the sales process.

**6. **Targets and Reporting**:

- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets set by the sales manager.
- Generate and submit regular reports on call activities, conversions, and challenges faced.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and objection gracefully.
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales metrics.
