**Job Summary**:
The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, managing files, and assisting with other office duties as needed. The Office Assistant will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, ensuring that all administrative activities run smoothly on a daily basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- **Clerical Duties**:

- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Book travel arrangements.
- **Office Management**:

- Maintain office policies and procedures.
- Handle requests and queries from senior managers.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- **Data Entry and Database Management**:

- Enter data accurately into databases and spreadsheets.
- Update and maintain office policies as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven administrative or assistant experience.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

**Working Conditions**:

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
